Job summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Hospiscares passionate Hospiscare@Home team in the role of Health Care Assistant. The team has a first class reputation for delivering an excellent standard of evidence-based palliative nursing care and clinical advice for adults registered with a GP in the Seaton and Axminster area. Main duties of the job

We are looking for experience of delivering care in a clinical setting, either Acute Trust or Community Services, alongside awareness of the complexities of working with individuals at times of distress and conflict. Developed communication and IT skills are also essential to be effective in this role.

The role involves travel within the community setting and participating in the seven day service provision. In return you will be joining a clinical employer of choice in the region, receiving a competitive salary and range of benefits, including great opportunities for career development.
