About us

Intercare is a Sheffield company, part of the Primary Care Sheffield group, which is owned by all of Sheffields GPs. We have a social purpose; care comes before profit. This is why we start with the people accessing our service, and the team members who deliver it.

Intercare Services incorporates two branches; North (based in S5) South (based in S8). Both are rated 'Good' by CQC and are approved by Sheffield City Council to deliver personal and social care services.

Quite simply, personal home care is more than just helping with the daily routine. Care plans ensure we help people make the most of all the other services which they may use, such as their GP or other NHS services; their friends and family, clubs or meetings, handyman or hairdresser. We will help them co-ordinate wider support based on their personal needs. Its what were trained to do!
