BPAS are seeking a talented individual to join us as a Senior Business Intelligence Manager, specialising in Power BI. Join us in optimising performance, ensuring quality, and influencing strategic decisions through the art of data analytics in healthcare!
As our Senior Business Intelligence Manager (Power BI), you will play a pivotal role in designing & implementing robust data infrastructure, providing actionable insights, & driving data-based decision-making across our organisation. Reporting to the National Business Development Director, you will collaborate with various departments to understand data sources and organisational requirements.
About You:
The successful candidate will hold a degree (or experience) in a relevant field alongside a minimum of 5 years of technical experience. You should excel in Power BI architecture, data modeling, and visualisation & have experience in implementing new systems. Your strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, & excellent interpersonal & communication skills will be crucial in effectively communicating insights & recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This role is working 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday. It is a hybrid arrangement, where you will come to Head Office 1-2 days a month. This is on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Main duties of the job
- Manage the delivery and ongoing development of our monthly Integrated Performance and Quality Report to underpin delivery governance at every level of the organisation
- Establish a centralised BPAS data lake for in-depth analysis and actionable intelligence
- Drive strategic initiatives and influence strategic decisions and
communicate findings and recommendations with organisational leaders and
stakeholders
- Lead discussions with senior leadership and stakeholders to shape a comprehensive data analytics strategy
- Develop existing skills within the team to ensure continuation and
continuity of Power BI Development
- Work closely with other departments to retrieve and present data, trends and outcomes. You will also collaborate on account-based audit and reporting, revenue analysis, competitor activity, and market trends
- Establish and maintain business intelligence tools
