Are you an experienced in-house or agency recruiter?

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to come and join the recruitment team.

As a Recruitment Coordinator at BPAS you will work with the advisors and manage the attraction and selection solutions working in partnership with the business and Recruitment Manager to deliver a first class, end to end experience for our candidates.

Main duties of the job

You will champion BPAS recruitment across multiple digital channels, ensure our selection criteria are relevant for each role and ensure we forge external relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of BPAS. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and be involved in all aspects of recruitment including advertising, shortlisting and interviewing.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with strategies for BPAS roles providing advice and support to the Recruitment Manager and the hiring line managers.
  • Produce and manage job adverts across various channels including social media.
  • To monitor the recruitment inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner. To distribute emails to wider team where appropriate.
  • Support in the sourcing of opportunities for attraction events and take the a leading role in attendance.
  • Identify areas where BPAS can improve and streamline processes.
  • Manage the BPAS pre-employment screening process including Right to Work documentation.
  • Take ownership of recruitment projects

You will be a people-person, who enjoys communicating with different people internally and externally. You will have exceptional time management and attention to detail in all areas of your work, and be able to provide a positive, solution-orientated approach to recruitment activity.

You will be someone who is able to adapt to change, and be able to respond to conflicting priorities quickly and efficiently. You will thrive working in a busy environment and you will have the tenacity and resilience to drive through recruitment processes across the whole recruitment lifecycle.

Proven recruitment or resourcing experience is essential for this role.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience working within an in-house or agency / resourcing recruitment role.
  • Experience of recruiting via social media and managing direct hiring channels.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately.
  • Experience of screening candidates and shortlisting against the job description
  • Tenacity and resilience to drive recruitment processes through to completion
  • Interview experience and confidence speaking to candidates

Location: Home working with 1 to 2 days per week working in our head office in Leamington Spa.

Salary: £26,878 to £31,815 per annum

Hours of Work: 36 Hours per week | Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3.30pm
