We are looking for an IT Support Co-ordinator to join our IT Services team.

As an IT Support Co-ordinator at BPAS, you will play a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring all IT assets are effectively managed, and supporting continual process improvement. You will be responsible for the entire IT asset lifecycle, from deployment to disposal, and for maintaining accurate asset records. Your role will involve managing stock levels, auditing IT equipment, and providing basic IT support to end-users.

This role is a full-time role working in our Head Office in Leamington Spa 36 hours per week.

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing asset registers and stock control.
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and a confident IT user.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
  • Knowledge of records management, GDPR, and the DPA 2018.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • We are looking for someone who is resilient, can work under pressure and remain calm during busy periods. An excellent team player, with a solution focused attitude, and experience of working across organisations and dealing with multi-disciplinary teams.

    Main duties of the job

  • Maintain and audit the IT asset registers, ensuring all equipment is asset tagged.
  • Track new equipment purchases and manage them on the Service Desk system.
  • Organize deliveries and collections of IT assets, and manage the courier service.
  • Produce weekly stock counts and manage stock levels, alerting when low thresholds are met.
  • Provide basic IT support to end-users and cover IT Service Desk telephones as needed.
  • Assist in the migration of IT workstreams into the IT Service Desk, aligning with ITILv4 Best Practice.
  • Support the IT Service Desk Manager and Associate Director of IT Support with information reporting and administration.
  • Maintain the IT Intranet pages and provide project office support, including scheduling meetings and minuting discussions.
