BPAS (British Pregnancy Advisory Service) is seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst and HR Support Specialist to join our team on a fixed term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in providing analytical and administrative support to our HR department, utilising data insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.

As a Data Analyst and HR Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our wider HR and payroll support team. Your primary responsibility will involve providing efficient and effective HR support by handling information, conducting analysis, and executing project work.

You will be adept at collating, manipulating, and presenting data in diverse formats to facilitate communication and drive actionable outcomes.

Main duties of the job

  • Produce external and internal reports, such as Gender Pay Gap for review by the Director of HR and regular internal reports for HR Leaders.
  • Gather and interrogate HR, payroll, learning, and time and attendance systems to extract relevant data for reporting purposes.
  • Analyse and interpret data, identify trends, and present findings in suitable formats for various audiences.
  • Support the annual employee engagement survey program, from designing questionnaires to presenting high-level statistics to the Leadership team.
  • Evaluate exit interview data, collate feedback, and generate reports with trend identification to propose improvements in retention.

Salary - £29,031 (£15.51ph) - £36,684 (£19.60ph) - Pro rata, depending on skills and experience.

This is a fixed term contract till the end of March 2025.

Hours Per Week: 20-30 hours between the parameters below.

Hours of Work: Mondayto Thursday 9am 5pm andFriday 9am 3.30pm

NB: Shifts that are longer than 6 hours, will include a 30 minutes unpaid break.
