BPAS are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Finance (CFO) & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and to ensure the smooth operation of the Finance and IT Leadership team
This position acts as a trusted partner to the CFO and CTO, providing high-level administrative support, coordinating strategic initiatives, and managing the daily flow of operations
This is a permanent full time hybrid working arrangement, working for 36 hours per week where you will work from home and also our office in BPAS Leamington Spa. There is an expectation to travel to our London Office and BPAS Units nationwide depending on business needs.
Beyond handling traditional executive assistant duties such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication, this role also involves anticipating the needs of the CFO and CTO, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring that the Finance and IT functions align with the broader goals of the organisation.
The Executive Assistant to the CFO and CTO serves as a key liaison, balancing both strategic insights and tactical execution to help drive the companys finance and digital strategies forward.
Main duties of the job
- Schedule and organise meetings, events, and appointments for the CFO and CTO.
- Draft, proofread, and edit communications to ensure professionalism and consistency.
- Manage sensitive organisational and financial data with discretion.
- Prepare presentations and reports to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration.
- Support the Finance and IT teams in project planning and execution.
