Job summary
The Workforce Development Coordinator is an exciting opportunity within the Sefton Training Hub team, to enhance the workforce across Southport and Formby PCN and South Sefton PCN.
In line with our vision and values, Southport and Formby Health Ltd holds a contract with Health Education England (HEE) to provide the Sefton Education Training Hub. Sefton Training Hub works in collaboration with South Sefton and Southport and Formby Primary Care Networks on clinical supervision, career development and workforce planning.
Accountable to Health Education England (HEE) and working with Cheshire and Merseyside Training Hub, Sefton Training Hub has access to a range of information, resources and contacts within national and local networks who can offer practical guidance, support and advice on Education, Training and Career Development.
In addition, the role will support with revolutionary projects by liaising with key contacts, completing tasks and providing administrative support to achieve great things!
The role is advertised for 20 hours across 3 days Monday to Friday and based in Southport.

Main duties of the job
The role of the Workforce Development Co-ordinator is a part
time position with Sefton Training Hub and will provide administrative support based
within Southport & Formby PCN.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited
to:
Provide admin support to both South
Sefton PCN and Southport & Formby PCN management teams in workforce
development across our practices.
Provide clerical and admin support
to the Training Hub Manager.
Provide admin support to the Clinical
and Non-clinical leads in developing and delivering training.
Schedule and organise meetings and
venues/on-line links for internal and external meetings including agendas and
other resources where appropriate.
Support Clinical leads in the
timely completion of assigned actions.
Liaise with the PCN Managers, Practice
Managers, and teams across our Sefton demographics.
Create and update content for a cloud-based
intranet system (TeamNet) which is used to communicate to company staff and GP practice
staff across the Primary Care Networks and Cheshire & Merseyside Training
Hub.
Organising venues for PLT, including
equipment hire and refreshments, overseeing booking and recording attendance,
gathering feedback questionnaires, and providing analysis to support future PLT
arrangements.
Assisting the Finance Officer with
invoicing duties in relation to PLT sessions.
Undertake any other additional
corporate duties as agreed in conjunction with PCN Managers.
