We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator based in Calderdale, on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,960 to £27,560 per annum.

Were looking for a proactive and compassionate Administrator to join our Children and Young Peoples Services team in Calderdale.   • Organise and manage schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.

  • Take pride in creating a welcoming and safe environment by caring for our office space, managing supplies and facilities, and supporting colleagues to work effectively together across services.

What you will bring as our Administrator:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with care and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, helping build positive connections with colleagues and service users.

  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting better mental health for all.
