Main duties of the job

At Northpoint, were excited to offer a full-time opportunity for aPrimary Care Mental Health Administrator, based at The Small Mill, Leeds.

As part of our Primary Care Mental Health team, youll play a key role in helping the service run smoothly so that people and families can access the support they need, when they need it.

Job responsibilities

What youll do:

As a Primary Care Mental Health Administrator, youll be at the heart of service delivery. You will:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, using patient information systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Manage referrals and maintain accurate patient waiting lists
  • Coordinate appointments, diaries, rotas and clinic schedules
  • Organise meetings, including preparation and minute taking
  • Provide reception and telephone support as needed

Your work will help ensure that people accessing our services experience a seamless, supportive and efficient journey.

What youll bring:

  • Admin and systems experience, ideally within a health, care or support setting
  • Reliable organisational and time management skills
  • A warm, clear communication style with a positive, professional approach
  • A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and high-quality service delivery
