Main duties of the job
What you will be doing as an information gatherer
As an Information Gatherer, your primary responsibility will be to offer a telephone based information gathering service that supports clinical decision making for mental health presentations. You will be a crucial link in identifying risks and vulnerabilities for children, young people, and their families. Additionally, you will provide valuable advice and information to help professionals and families access the right support at the right time
