Purpose of the role: Business Development and Growth Partnership & Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement Deliver an effective communication strategy.
Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities:
Business Development and Growth: Identify and explore new business opportunities across the region, working in collaboration with the CEO, Director of Operations and Assistant Directors of Operations. Drive revenue growth and income streams through new contract or partnership opportunities extending service provisions through organic growth and other opportunities including joint ventures and M&A.
Communications: Lead in developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy, overseeing brand, marketing, events, website content and social media presence.
Partnership and Collaboration:Foster partnerships and collaborations with external organisations to enhance our impact. Work with other organizations and stakeholders to create synergies, maximize resources, and achieve common goals. o Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations with other organisations, stakeholders, and community groups to expand Northpoints reach and impact.
ImpactDesign and implement an impact framework that enables us to - agree key organisational metrics, - collect and analyse relevant data - evidence the impact of our work, - move to being an impact led organisation. - To develop relationships with individuals and organisations who can validate and evidence the impact of our work.
