We have a unique opportunity for a Data and Digital Transformation Lead to join Northpoint. This role will involve working across Calderdale to lead digital transformation for the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for children and young peoples health and wellbeing, and the Calderdale Family Hubs.You will join us on a two-year fixed term contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

Main duties of the job
The aim of the Data and Digital Transformation Lead role is to lead, develop, and implement a strategic plan to build a robust digital infrastructure for the delivery of Family Hubs and SPoC. You will lead and manage a programme of work that achieves the effective use of digital technologies in transformation of service delivery, ultimately contributing to improved outcomes for children, young people, and families.
Hosted within Northpoint as part of our friendly and ambitious business development team, but also acting as part of the innovative Family Hubs programme office, you will be an effective communicator with a drive to achieve real system-wide change.

2.
To lead and manage a programme of work
that achieves the effective use of digital technologies in the transformation
of service delivery in relation to Family hubs and SPoC.
3.
To identify opportunities for
improvements in service provision and operations through technology
advancements, creating a culture of innovation and overseeing a diverse range
of projects within the programme of work.
4.
To deliver a project management service
to senior leaders and managers which includes managing complex projects from
start up to final implementation, including working directly with stakeholders,
undertaking post-project evaluation and ensuring that the appropriate handover
requirements are in place.
5.
To work with the Family Hubs and SPoC
Transformation team and key system partners to identify priority data and
digital projects, map interdependencies and collaborate with IT colleagues in
the development of digital solutions for services delivered through the Family Hubs
and SPoC. This to include:
Integrated data management projects
Data sharing projects to support
frontline service delivery
Digital tools and resources for
families and practitioners
Digital referrals
Digital representation of Impact Data

Qualifications
Essential
- Degree in a related subject, equivalent qualifications or evidence of equivalent experience
Desirable
- A qualification in project management or leadership and management.
- And/or comparable project management experience, including experience of managing projects with Agile delivery frameworks Masters Degree in associated subject
