You will work with children & young people and their parents/carers, and adults.
Your knowledge and enthusiasm, combined with your ability to build relationships, will help people make decisions about their right to choose. You will work in an integrated way with providers and commissioners to inform pathway developments and contribute to success within Calderdale.
