Procare Adult Community Nursing (PACN) is seeking a highly motivated Community Services Personal Assistant (PA) to provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to our leadership team.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our community nursing service. You will be a key point of contact for staff, patients, external partners and senior leaders--helping to ensure the smooth running of services that directly support patient care across the community.
We are looking for someone who:
o Has strong administrative or PA experienceo Is confident managing competing priorities and working with minimal supervisiono Communicates clearly, professionally and with warmtho Is highly organised with excellent attention to detailo Is comfortable handling confidential and sensitive informationo Is proficient with Microsoft Office and confident learning new systemso Enjoys supporting others and contributing to high-quality patient-focused services
Main duties of the job
As the PA to the Head and Deputy Head of Nursing, as well as the wider Senior Leadership Team, you will:
o Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support across PACNo Manage complex diaries and inboxeso Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalismo Coordinate, minute and organise a wide range of meetings and eventso Prepare reports, presentations, agendas and correspondenceo Support recruitment, induction and staff onboardingo Maintain efficient digital filing systems and contribute to paper-free workingo Liaise with internal teams and external organisations, acting as a professional and welcoming first point of contacto Assist with the administration of complaints, compliments and audit datao Manage travel arrangements, room bookings and service-wide communicationso Oversee equipment, maintenance requests and office supplieso Process invoices, expenses and payroll-related information
