Main duties of the job

As a key member of our Commercial Directorate, you'll lead the end-to-end bid process - from identifying opportunities through to final submission.

You will:

o Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality bids and tender responseso Work closely with clinical, operational and corporate experts to build strong, compliant proposalso Translate complex specifications into clear, structured and persuasive responseso Ensure all submissions meet procurement requirements and evaluation criteriao Manage multiple bid workstreams and internal stakeholders to deliver on timeo Prepare executive summaries, presentations and board papers for internal governanceo Maintain bid documentation, templates and tracking systemso Lead post-submission reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
