Job summary

To work as part of a team supervised by HUCs PA/Lead Administrator, receiving patients and booking them into the Minor Injuries Unit and providing administration duties to clinical and non-clinical staff at Cheshunt Minor Injuries Unit.

Main duties of the job

o Assist in the opening and closing of the premises and reporting any IT/maintenance issues to the relevant department.

o Provide reception duties for patients.

o To ensure that patient confidentiality is adhered to at all times.

o Liaise closely with PA/Lead Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient operation of service.
