Job responsibilities

We are recruiting Despatchers for our Taunton base.

Our Despatcher will assist the Shift manager in ensuring the smooth running of the shift, the effective coordination of home visits and the implementation of all policies, procedures and HUC standards of service.

We are looking for

• Excellent customer service skills and experience
• A Team player with a Can do approach
• An understanding of SystmOne
• Confidence with IT packages such as Word and Excel
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
