Havering Health GP federation
is seeking Site Adminsators to join on Zero Hour contract basis. The Zero-hour contracts offer flexible work
arrangement via PAYE. There is no
obligation on employer to offer regular hours and equally employee has
flexibility to accept/reject shifts.

To welcome patients into the GP Access Hub in Havering and ensure they have a pleasant patient experience through the service

Job responsibilities
Main Functions:
- Ensure rooms are fully equipped and set up appropriately prior to the clinician attending their session
- Manage the Emis appointments system used at the hub
- Greet patients and manage their appointments effectively
- Collect patient satisfaction survey from the patient at the end of their appointment via accurx
- Relevant policy sign off on site (H&S, fire, infection control, etc)
- Be responsible for SUIs and complaints on site and escalate as appropriate in the proper manner
- Report any CQC issues or SIs to the Patient Service Supervisor
- Induction on site of new staff
- Be responsible for front of house order, cleanliness of site
- Upon locking up the site, ensuring fire alarm is switched on and the building is left secure
- Follow and adhere to Site Administrators Procedures and Duties
Additional Tasks:
- Maintain Consumables Checklist and ensure adequate stock is available.
- Maintain IPC checklist
- Carry out any additional duties as requested by Patient Service Supervisor and Service Manager
- Attend monthly team meetings
Shift Times:
- Shifts will run Monday-Friday between the hours of 18:00 -22:00 dependant on hub site
- Shifts will run Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 08:00am 20:00 dependant on hub site
