Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Telephonist to join our Covid Team, based at Global House in Hayes on a temporary basis until 31st December 2021.
This role is pivotal to the service provision as you will be the first point of contact for people booking their Covid vaccinations.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, working Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
We are ideally looking for somebody on a full-time basis, however we are willing to look at a possible job share should you only be able to work part-time hours. Please indicate on your application form the hours that you are able to work.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve calling/receiving calls from patients and booking them in for their Covid vaccination appointments and any other associated duties.
