To support the Covid-19 Vaccination Management team in the scheduling, planning and execution of Vaccination Clinics across the Borough of Bromley, and Vaccine Management.
Main duties of the job
Duties and Responsibilities as Administrator
Deal with patient enquiries, cancellation requests efficiently and swiftly ensuring patient satisfaction via telephone. Supporting the management of BGPA admin emails (covidrota and bgpacovidvolunteers)
Liaising with GPs, HCAs, Site Supervisors, Administrators and Volunteers
Provide administrative support to the vaccination sites staff
Coordinate and maintain communication with team members about routine and daily activities including rotas, contacting clinical staff, updating systems and other duties.
Assist with data collection activities by ensuring records are up to date AccuRx.
Maintain accurate, clear and legible documentation in all legal records in accordance with the Data Protection Act Pinnacle Offline forms (PSD).
Have full understanding of EMIS, AccuRx , Pinnacle, Rotacentral and Rotamaster system
Have working knowledge of all software and hardware, i.e. photocopier, email, patient information system
Supporting with the management of rotas
Any other duties as required by your line manager to support the smooth and effective running of services. Work within organisation policies, procedures and guidelines
