About us
We provide services to over 190,000 patients in 19 GP practices (Eastbourne Hailsham & Seaford), being dedicated to improving access to healthcare services. We want it to be as easy as possible for patients to access support by understanding them, their context and what matters to them, whether by medical intervention or helping in other, non-medical ways. We aim to be a team of committed professionals with technical clinical, listening & supporting skills, moving from asking the question What is the matter with you? to What matters to you? We try to shift from traditional hierarchical structures to a system that supports people to make good decisions with a robust advice process; consistent, relevant supervision & training; learning-based action; and trusts the people we work with to make good decisions based on that learning. We want people to join us who want to make a difference and are prepared to do something about it if things get in the way of that.
