Main duties of the job
Project Mobilisation:
Oversee the mobilisation phase of the Diagnostic Centres, ensuring resources are appropriately deployed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the set project scope, goals, and deliverables are met.
Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved and flagging potential issues.
Operational Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations post-setup, ensuring services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Implement and maintain efficient systems for appointment bookings, patient communications, and feedback mechanisms, via the administration team.
Work closely with clinical leads to deliver safe, effective and caring services.
Participate in the on-call rota

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Mobilisation:
Oversee the mobilisation phase of the Diagnostic Centres, ensuring resources are appropriately deployed.

Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including staff and equipment.
Monitor the operational budget, coordinating with the finance department to ensure adherence.

Site Travel:
Regularly travel between the Heysham and Barrow sites to ensure alignment in service quality and operational procedures, and to maintain manager visibility, alongside Directors and senior leaders within MBPCC.
