By mid-morning, you're supporting a GP with minor procedures, helping ensure the experience feels calm and reassuring. As a Nurse Associate in Worcester City PCN, every day brings something different, but at the heart of it all is person-centred care. Main duties of the job

Deliver hands-on patient care from health checks and administering medication to assisting with minor procedures and supporting routine diagnostics.

Be a key link between patients and the wider clinical team, contributing to care planning, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring no detail is missed.

practice teams. As a Nurse Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the
delivery of high-quality primary care services within the PCN. You will work closely with the
clinical team to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall success of the
PCN.
Responsibilities

Primary Care GP Surgeries. You will work within the NMC Code to provide high-quality
patient care. As a Nurse Associate, you will be responsible for:

with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans following established protocols and guidelines.

including vital signs, lab results, and patient histories.
