Job summary

We’re looking for talented Registered Health Care Professionals to support the continued rollout of the Covid-19 vaccine in Worcestershire.

As the booster programme continues, and the vaccine continues to be rolled out to new cohorts, we’re looking to grow our existing team to allow us to protect even more of our local patients with both the coronavirus and flu vaccines, and expand our reach into the community to ensure these life-saving vaccines reach the people who need them most.

We’re looking for Registered Health Care Professionals in both full- and part-time roles, both on a permanent and ad hoc basis—so no matter what you’re looking for, we have a position for you.

Main duties of the job

As part of our dynamic and highly-skilled workforce, you’ll be primarily responsible for:

  • Configuring your vaccination pod and station
  • Conducting clinical assessments
  • Reviewing complex medical histories and identifying potential adverse reactions
  • Preparing the vaccine for immunisers to administer
  • Ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes for our patients by adhering to evidence-based policies and procedures, and maintaining an up-to-date professional skillset

  • Able to take your own initiative, youll handle unexpected issues with good judgement and a cool head
