Job summary

Job Purpose:

Supports the COVID Vaccination Programme in developing reporting solutions, dashboards and meaningful analysis

Meets the information requirements of clinicians, managers and statutory requirements

Undertakes ad-hoc analysis, as part of a development plan, to answer questions asked by clinicians and managers.

Demonstrates on a 1:1 basis the use of the COVID Vaccination Programme (CVP) data quality reports

Responsible for the timely upload of relevant national submissions and escalation of any unusual data trends

Responsible for timely distribution of regular internal reports and escalation of any data quality issues

Demonstrates simple data quality reporting processes

Attendance and contribution to CVP meetings as necessary

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation, analysis and interpretation of ad-hoc information requests to assist the CVP programme

Preparation and maintenance of regular reports and ensuring timely upload of relevant national submissions

Undertakes ad-hoc analysis, as part of development plan, to answer questions asked by clinicians and managers.

Use of BI tools to create high quality reports

Highlights and escalate areas of data quality concern

Collection, retrieval and download of data into spreadsheets and databases

Validation of above data

Ad-hoc analysis to support internal and external colleagues

Analysis and graphical presentation of information as required

Production of routine information reports to meet monthly deadlines.

Supporting other members of the CVP team as required

Supporting colleagues in other services with data queries.

Documentation of routine reporting processes and relevant statutory submissions

Improve and maintain personal and professional development by participating in continuing professional development activities.

Attend statutory and mandatory training in compliance with Federation requirements

Have an awareness of Federation policies and procedures
