RASS provides urgent medical cover 12 hours per day, 7 days per weekto over 3000 refugees and Asylum Seekers in hotels across Surrey and Sussex. The service provides an immediate response, supports registration with GP practices, completes health checks and provides ongoing additional medical cover in and out of hours. We respond to the needs of the individuals with focussed clinics such as Womens Health and support overall wellbeing.A significant part of the service is coordinating with local voluntary providers to ensure there are sufficient activities and support to enable people in the hotels to remain physically and mentally well.

Our Equity Services work in Surrey and Sussex, they started from a need to increase uptake of COVID-19 vaccinations in underserved populations and have grown from this to provide a much wider range of primary care services to people who, for a variety of reasons, may not access care where it is traditionally provided.

ABCs clinical services include Enhanced Access in GP's, Urgent Care at Emergency Departments, Urgent Treatment Centres and MIUs, vaccination programmes and some remote services.
