Job summary

The Primary Care Network (PCN) Team at ABC are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative services to achieve smooth and efficient running of the organisation.

Hours of work: 30 – 37.5 hours (full time preferred)

Tenure: 12 months

Remuneration: The salary for this post is based on point 4.1 of the ABC pay scale, which equates to £22,607.47 per annum

Base: Horley Health Hub, 120 Victoria Road, Horley, RH6 7AB. Mix of remote working and office based (likely 1-2 days in the office but with occasional flexibility to attend the office if needed)

Main duties of the job

The Primary Care Network team works with 12 PCN’s across Surrey and Sussex, providing support with

• Recruitment and management of staff

• Project management

• Enabling strategy and action plans

  • Building local partnerships

• Responding to queries from people employed by ABC to work in the networks

• Supporting business plans, and liaising with local partners and system partners. Managing relationships is key to this role.

• Ability to use own judgement, resourcefulness and be able to work under pressure and under own initiative

• To have excellent communication skills and patience

• To be reliable and flexible

  • Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
  • Administrative / secretarial experience including initiating and maintaining office systems.

  • Experience working as part of team, working independently
  • Experience of client facing roles and customer service

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a primary care setting
