The Service Manager provides operational leadership to the skill mix team providing leadership to enable and support the delivery of a safe and effective service offer that makes a positive difference to CYP/Families/Carers. The post holder will be responsible (with support from Senior Operations Manager) for delivering the contract to meet its KPIs and will have skills and experience in managing the operational delivery of a service including recruitment and leadership of staff, report writing, resource management, analysing and using data to inform service improvements. The post holder will also have well developed skills and experience in working within a multiagency framework and managing processes and pathways that support further development of the service.

We are specifically looking for someone who wants to make their mark and have oversight of our operational team, with a relevant professional qualification and successful experience of service development and management oversight. As our Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies that ensure the well-being, development, and happiness of the children and young people we work with.
