We are seeking to appoint a Head of Data Insights and Intelligence role (2 years fixed term with potential for the role to become permanent) to drive a strategy driven approach for data across Compass.
Main duties of the job
You will be part of a values-driven and collaborative organisation, leading a skilled team of analysts and technicians in the strategic development and delivery of data systems and performance reporting across all services and departments including Senior Leadership Team and Board.
You will lead with an analytical and supportive style and have a track record in building effective relationships with key stakeholders. With demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills, you will inspire and motivate your team to be successful through a collaborative, business partnership approach. You will be adept at identifying internal and external customer data needs, translating these into data strategy and conveying complex management information to a wide range of stakeholders.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a track record in strategic performance data insights and data management, evaluation tools and methodologies as well as Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. You will have extensive experience of robust investigation, analysis and challenge of data using this to inform and drive continuous improvement.

- Level 7 management qualification i.e. MBA
