We have a great opportunity for an experienced and innovative Head of HR Operations to lead our Human Resources Operations function.
Working as a member of the Senior Leadership team, the post holder will provide leadership and support to the HR Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement. They will oversee all HR Operations functions, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The Head of HR Operations will collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and develop plans to address them, ensure the effective use of HR systems and data to support decision-making and improve HR Operations processes, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our FREDIE principles.
Main duties of the job
- Lead and deliver effective HR operations, ensuring systems and processes are efficient and aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations (ER), recruitment, workforce management, and reception services.
- Translate strategic HR objectives into operational plans and actionable goals.
- Support and advise on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce initiatives and contribute to organisational development projects.
