Main duties of the job
As the Speech and Language Therapy Clinical Lead, you will:
- Provide strategic clinical leadership to a team of talented professionals.
- Oversee and manage senior Speech and Language Therapy staff, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to deliver exceptional operational and clinical outcomes.
- Lead and innovate through Quality Assurance initiatives, research, and evidence based practices.
- Play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making and business development.
