We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, paediatric dysphagia therapist to work as part of our innovative and passionate team
Your role would be to provide assessments, reviews and intervention for children with dysphagia. You would work in clinics, mainstream and special schools and clients homes as appropriate. You would be required to provide telehealth services as appropriate.
You would also be responsible for supporting less experienced dysphagia therapists to develop their own skills, including supervision, second opinions and joint working.
You would work closely with other members of the MDT including attending monthly MDT meetings for complex cases as required.
The caseload will be solely dysphagia and therefore at least 2 years working with a paediatric dysphagia caseload is required.

- To independently manage and provide specialist input to a paediatric dysphagia caseload
- To provide high-quality support and supervision to junior staff, including providing second opinions.
