Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our palliative care team at Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care, based in our bespoke facility in Goldsworth Park, Woking. This is a pivotal time for the Hospice as we develop new models of care, and we are seeking an ANP with extensive clinical experience and proven leadership skills to help shape the future of palliative and end of life care across Northwest Surrey.

You will deliver expert, holistic care across our Inpatient Unit, Community Services, Outpatient Clinics, and the Wellbeing Centre, ensuring seamless care coordination and high standards of symptom management. Your clinical expertise will be matched by your ability to communicate effectively, work autonomously, and lead with compassion and innovation.
