Through working with people both on a one to one or in a group setting, you will help people to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to change their health-related behaviours, helping to improve their overall quality of life, health, and wellbeing. These behaviours can include dietary advice, smoking cessation, and physical activity. As a Health and Wellbeing Coach you will also be responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate clinical records. The role requires coaching skills, patience, and empathy to support people reaching their goals.
