Job Title: Wellbeing Advisor
Location: Base - Coopers Lodge, with outreach work across Coventry and Warwickshire.
Salary: £20,500 per annum
Hours:37 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term contact.
This is an 8am 8pm service and may include some evenings and weekends.

About The Role:
This is an exciting new programme and we are seeking individuals with the passion and drive to ensure its success.
Wellbeing Advisers will provide a navigation-based model of support through signposting and regular catch ups to guide young people and young adults access their chosen method of support to increase their wellbeing.
The role has been specifically designed to support 11-24-year-olds, and will work closely with parent/carers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- To raise awareness of the Wellbeing Advisers Programme through various forums.
- To encourage, inspire, motivate and assist the young people/adults who access the programme.
- To manage a caseload of young people and young adults aged 11-24 year olds.
- To support in the development and delivery of Coventry and Warwickshire Mind (CW Mind) Wellbeing Advisers (WBA) Programme for young people and young adults, their families, carers and professionals supporting the young person and young adults, as well as the Children and Young Peoples Service as a whole.
- To travel throughout Coventry and Warwickshire as part of delivery, visiting venues including schools and hubs.
- To actively challenge stigma and discrimination, and to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues amongst professionals, young people, parents and carers and others using the service.
Essential Criteria includes:
- Experience of providing support to young people and young adults.
- Excellent communication skills verbal, non-verbal and written.
- Manage own workload, and manage conflicting priorities with a minimum of supervision.
- Up to date knowledge of mental health and wellbeing.
- Experience of working with a wide range of agencies.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Commitment to service user, parent and carer involvement.
- Holds a drivers license and access to a vehicle to travel to venues across Coventry and Warwickshire
