As an Administrator at Living Well Tameside, youll play a key role in supporting our busy and compassionate mental health service. Youll provide vital day-to-day admin support across our neighbourhood teams in Ashton, Denton, Stalybridge, Hyde, and Glossop.
From managing referrals and maintaining accurate data to preparing reports, taking minutes, and supporting communication, youll help keep things running smoothly so our frontline teams can focus on delivering care.
Hours: This is a part-time role working (22.5 hours a week) in line
with service requirements and agile working arrangements. The working hours are
09:00-17:00 Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with a 30-minute unpaid break. We
will consider applications from those looking to job share or work part-time
and consider flexible working requests.
Location: A
minimum of one working day based in the Ashton-under-Lyne Tameside office. This
role can be based anywhere across the UK; however, some travel may be required
to our offices in Tameside depending on service requirements.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a motivated administrator to join Living
Well Tameside.
You will work across five neighbourhoods (Ashton, Denton,
Stalybridge, Hyde, and Glossop), supporting a complex needs mental health
service, alongside a team of Peer Support Coaches, Mental Wellbeing Coaches,
and working in partneship with Psychological Therapists and Senior Mental
Health Practitioners.
The
successful candidate will be highly motivated and have first-class
administation skills and computery literacy.
You
will have the ability to multi-task and organise and prioritise your own
workload. Additional training will be provided.
