Co-Occurring Co-ordinator (GM Co-Occurring Conditions
Team)
The Big Life Group is working in partnership
with Greater Manchester (GM) Integrated Care System (ICS) and Greater Manchester
Combined Authority (GMCA) on Co-Occurring Conditions.
We are recruiting for 4 new roles into the
project team.
All posts are fixed term for 12 months and
secondments would be considered.

Main duties of the job
To work with the project manager
and team to support the Greater Manchester (GM) Co-occurring Conditions
workstream. To deliver the co-occurring project across five of the 10 GM
boroughs to a high standard. Engaging multiple stakeholders from a range of disciplines
and facilitating change across mental health and drug and alcohol services and
pathways.
