About us

At LIVES we literally save lives in Lincolnshire. When someone calls 999 with a medical emergency a LIVES responder may be dispatched carrying the skills, experience and equipment to make a difference for that patient that might just be the difference between life and death. In a large rural county like Lincolnshire that's important, and its why we've been responding for 50 years.

We are a charity and our reach and impact has grown significantly over the last few years as we've developed new models and services for supporting the communities of our county. We've got an army of volunteers, both laypeople and healthcare professionals, and a small employed team of both administrative and clinical people.
