ready to step into a senior clinical leadership role with autonomy and
influence?
We are looking for a confident and motivated GP Consultant to join St Peters Surgery. This role offers the opportunity to shape a modern, integrated primary care service while providing day-to-day clinical leadership within a developing hub environment.
As the GP Consultant at the practice, offering confident clinical decision-making and acting as the go-to clinical lead for the site. You'll be supported by the wider Invicta Health leadership team, while having the scope to build and lead a high-performing clinical team locally.

Main duties of the job
What
you'll be doing:
- Delivering
expert, on-site clinical leadership to ensure patient safety and high
standards of care.
- Supporting
the practice team with clinical governance, operational challenges, and
staff mentorship.
- Leading
on key strategic areas such as:
- Clinical risk and safety
- Prescription and medication oversight
- Education and training
- PCN liaison and integrated care initiatives
- Collaborating
across Invicta Health and external partners to influence local healthcare
delivery.
