Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative GP to join the Solihull Locality Hub, a unique model of care delivered in partnership with University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB). This role offers the chance to work differentlysupporting complex patients, working at the top of your license, and helping to shape care pathways that improve health outcomes across Solihull.

Youll be part of a small, collaborative team focused on system-wide impact and integrated care. This is not traditional general practiceit's your chance to lead change and deliver measurable improvement for the local population.

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking General Practitioner (GP) to join the Solihull Locality Huba collaborative and innovative care delivery model designed to transform the health outcomes of the local population. This is a unique opportunity for a GP who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering system-level impact.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will work at the forefront of integrated care alongside a range of partners including University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB), contributing to a new way of working that is distinct from traditional general practice. You will play a pivotal role in shaping care pathways, supporting complex patients, and driving measurable improvements across Solihull.

  • Confidence in working across organisational boundaries and adapting to non-traditional care models.
