Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 4 Rehabilitation
Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing individual and group
therapy activities under the supervision of qualified therapists, coordinating
our therapeutic leisure services, and assisting the Clinical Team with specific
tasks following appropriate training.
The successful candidate will support service users or their
caregivers in managing long-term neurological conditions. They will create,
facilitate, and develop a stimulating and engaging programme of activities that
promote self-management, healthy adjustment to diagnosis, and independence
through various one-on-one and group-based interventions. The role will
encourage participants to develop their skills and self-confidence while
managing their mental health and wellbeing in a supportive environment.
As well as hands-on treatment delivering treatment sessions
on a one-to-one and in groups supported by a team of experienced therapy staff,
the post holder will also support therapists in administrative duties, data
collection, and equipment checks, and work in collaboration with all other
members of the wider team, as appropriate.

to members needs
To
work directly with members in providing high-quality service delivery, using
appropriate planning, and monitoring tools to achieve the aims and goals
