Job summary

Working 30hrs per week over 5 days, consisting of a mixture of early (8am-2pm) and late (4pm-10pm) shifts. Alternate weekend working required.
Caring
for someone in the final weeks and months of their life is challenging and
demanding, but it is also an uplifting and rewarding experience. Promoting comfort and dignity, independence and collaboration, our hospice at home service, working closely with the district nursing teams, enables people to remain in their own homes.
