Job summary
An Administrator provides administrative support across our services at the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) and Complex Acute Response Team (C-ART).
At the UTC, the Administrator is the first point of contact for patients and visitors who need a friendly welcome and directions on where they need to go. They also provide effective and efficient support to teams of healthcare professionals. The role involves a high level of coordination and implementation of office procedures and requires a high level of knowledge of clinical systems.
At C-ART, the administrator is responsible for supporting clinicians and completing the administrative duties that support the service. A high level of coordination and implementation of office procedures is involved and a high level of knowledge of clinical systems is required.
