We have an exciting opportunity to become part of a compassionate and dedicated team that provides outstanding palliative and end-of-life care to our patients and their families covering 1600 square miles of beautiful North and East Yorkshire.

We are the sole provider of community and hospice in-patient specialist palliative care services in our area and have an established reputation as an independent hospice. We also have excellent links with the Wolfson Palliative Care Research Centre in Hull.

Person Specification

Qualifications Skills Knowledge and Experience

Essential

• MRCP or MRCGP or equivalent
• Higher specialty training in palliative medicine
• Full registration with the GMC and inclusion on the Specialist Register (or due to achieve CCT within 6 months)

Desirable

• Working in an independent Hospice setting.
• Experience of work at strategic ICS, ICB National Level
