Main duties of the job

This pivotal role offers the chance to:

Design and implement innovative, forward-thinking income generation strategies that drive measurable results and long-term sustainability across diverse revenue streams.

Provide visionary leadership, empowering senior managers and teams to achieve ambitious organisational and individual targets while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Build and nurture impactful relationships with donors, sponsors, community organisations, and businesses, aligning their goals with the hospice’s mission to create mutual benefits.

Oversee the growth of key commercial ventures, including our successful onsite Bistro, while identifying new opportunities to diversify income and engage our community.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative business development strategies in a complex organisation.
  • Strong strategic planning, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to inspire and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to Maximise the potential of Saint Catherine’s brand and events to increase community engagement and income.
