- Proven ability to develop and execute innovative business development strategies in a complex organisation.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to inspire and influence at all levels.
- Ability to Maximise the potential of Saint Catherine’s brand and events to increase community engagement and income.
