To be accountable for the oversight of optimum quality patient care within the areas of an 18 bedded Inpatient Unit, Fast Track Home Care service, Wellbeing services and Community Specialist Palliative Care Team.
To be responsible for the coordiantion of safe, high quality focused care to improve patient, family and staff expereince whilst ensuring visible clinical leadership and that high professional and clinical standards are maintained.

Join our team as the Head of Client Services where your leadership will shape a dedicated approach to palliative care. This is an instrumental opportunity for you to guide our teams in ensuring exceptional patient care and support to both our patients and their families.
Our Executive Team, led by the CEO who joined Saint Catherine’s Hospice in March 2023, have spent a considerable amount of time looking at how we as a Hospice are fit for the future. Our main commitment is and always will be, providing the best possible care and quality of life for those with life limiting illnesses. We are starting the year with a new approach in how we are achieving our goals and ultimately enhancing the services we provide. Therefore, in the run up to our 40th year we are excited to be advertising a number of roles to join our growing team.
The Role
As our Head of Client Services you will:
- provide strong and visionary leadership to our clinical teams,
- foster a collaborative and supportive approach across the Hospice,
- be responsible for the coordination of safe, high quality focused care,
- monitor and evaluate clinical protocols to uphold the highest standards,
- work to continuously improve Saint Catherine’s Hospice’s services and patient experience.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and responsive Registered Health Professional who can support our Clinical Services Director with operational leadership.
You must:
- hold a current and valid professional registration,
- have significant experience within the Healthcare sector at senior management level,
- have the ability to respond effectively and timely to changing circumstances and situations,
- be a positive clinical influence across the Hospice and community.
