Job summary
The Role
Were looking for a clinically qualified and experienced leader to head our In-Patient Care service across two sites: Pembury and Five Ashes.
As Head of In-Patient Care, youll lead a large, skilled team to deliver high-quality palliative care around the clock. Youll ensure seamless admissions, maintain excellent occupancy, and support patients and families to experience compassionate, goal-focused care.
This is a key leadership post reporting directly to the Director of Care Services. Youll work alongside other Heads of Service to make sure our care is joined-up, consistent, and outstanding.

Service Development
Respond to patient feedback, audit outcomes and emerging needs. Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
