The
Marketing and Training Coordinator will provide effective and efficient
co-ordination of resources and support for the Training/Accreditation Associates
Team and services involved in the Bluestar Project Pre-Trial Therapy &
Support Services programme. You will be supporting the Bluestar Directors by
developing and delivering a marketing engagement strategy for the programme,
designed to build awareness of the Programme across the UK.
Main duties of the job
Marketing:
- Lead
on marketing our resources and services to services supporting survivors with
trauma and other relevant audiences.
- Develop content for a range of social media platforms/audiences about the programme to raise visibility of the resources & services provided.
- Proactively engage service providers by contacting them about the programme using developed resources/narratives about the programme.
Training Co-ordination:
- Work
closely with the programmes Directors to assist in the development and
planning process for delivery of training and meetings, creating and monitoring
work-plans, diary and travel management. Be the overall lead for all related
logistics (booking trainers, guest speakers, venues, catering, accommodation,
travel) and create a yearly training calendar/tracker/uber to reflect activity.
Associate Training Team Co-ordination:
- Overall
responsibility for Training teams co-ordination and administration by
establishing/maintaining/reviewing/updating operational procedures.

About us
The Bluestar Project aims to develop the knowledge & skills of professionals responding to victims of crimes where trauma support services are sought. The programme includes sector-leading pre-trial training for sexual violence, domestic abuse, mental health, advocacy & related agencies, and the Pre-Trial Accreditation programme which recognises and rewards accessible and safe pre-trial services across England and Wales. The Bluestar Project is currently a part of The Green House, a frontline whole-family support service for children & young people who have experienced sexual violence. You will be joining us at an exciting time, the programme launched on the 22 of May 2023.

with Directors to produce quotes, contracts and invoices and administrate the
relevant paperwork.
- Research
and source venues/accommodation and agree rates within set budgets.
- Ensure
Training/Accreditation materials are produced (including printing, photocopying
& collating) and distributed to the appropriate parties within specified
timelines.
Associate Training Team Co-ordination Responsibilities
- Overall
responsibility for Training teams co-ordination and administration by
establishing/maintaining/reviewing/updating operational procedures.

trainers.

and develop good working relationships with Bluestars Associate Trainers and services
involved in the programme.
- To
undertake any other duties commensurate with the general level of the Senior
Training Coordinator role as required by Bluestar Directors.
