Job summary

This role is 22.5-30 hours per week.

Communications and Marketing team?

Were looking for someone with a love of all things digital and data who is willing to get stuck in, shape this role and improve our digital communications and marketing effectiveness.

Your days will be filled with analysing data, searching out key insights and creating reports. Youll be happy sharing your insights and ideas with the team to help us to make data-driven decisions and improve results.

This is a target-driven role with goals that include increasing income generation and awareness of the charitys services, campaigns and events.

Youll work on a range of internal and external campaigns and projects as part of a fun, friendly and dedicated team.

Main duties of the job

You know how to use data to find the best insights from a range of digital channels (primarily social media, but also our website, e-marketing and text marketing).

You can use digital management and analysis tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Sharepoint, Google Analytics, Buffer).

This is a target-driven role with goals that include increasing income generation and awareness of the charitys services, campaigns and events.

You will help us to plan, deliver, monitor and report on the digital elements of our communications and marketing campaigns so we can make better, evidence based, informed decisions about where we put our future efforts.

It is a new role within the Communications and Marketing team and we want you to use your passion, skills, experience and knowledge of all things data to help shape the role.
